Pedestrian Accidents in California
Unfortunately, thousands of pedestrians are killed every year in California, and the number continues to increase every year. The most common cause of these accidents is driver’s error, which includes being distracted by cell phones, other passengers, drugs, alcohol, and/or fatigue. When drivers choose to speed and violate traffic laws, this also puts pedestrians in danger of losing their lives. Because pedestrians do not walk around wearing protective shields around their bodies, they are highly susceptible to being harmed.
For those who have lost loved ones in pedestrian accidents, they may qualify to file a wrongful death lawsuit depending on the facts of the case.
At Brady Law Group, we have helped countless families pursue all potentially liable parties after losing loved ones in pedestrian accidents. We are passionate about our clients’ cases because we understand how unfortunate it is to lose a loved one due to negligent behavior.
