Alta, CA. Motor Vehicle Accident on 80 Freeway Near Forebay Road Off-Ramp

Alta, CA. (June 30, 2018) – According to the California Highway Patrol, a car accident occurred Friday night on 80 Freeway that resulted in injuries. The crash took place at approximately 9:48 p.m. last night, east of the Drum Forebay off-ramp. The motor vehicle accident apparently involved two vehicles.

Reportedly, one of the vehicles involved was speeding excessively, as well as swerving just shortly before the collision. An ambulance was called to the scene of the accident in order to tend to the victims. According to reports, minor injuries were sustained because of the crash.
