Anaheim, CA- Big Rig Crash Kills 1 on the 91 Freeway

Anaheim, CA (April 4, 2019)- A crash involving a big rig truck caused one death in the eastern lanes of the 91 (Riverside) Freeway on Tuesday night.

The crash happened around 10:10 pm when a vehicle that witnesses report had been sent airborne crashed into the rear of a big rig truck.

The reason for the car being airborne is unknown at this time.

When authorities arrived at the scene, they found the driver of the smaller vehicle unconscious.

Few details about the crash are available at this time. Police have not reported the name of the person who was killed in the crash or the cause of the crash.

An investigation is underway.
