Minor Injury Accidents on California Roadways

Escaping an accident without obvious or major injuries can leave you with an incredible sense of relief and flood of adrenaline. However, this causes many people to have the false belief that they don’t need to seek treatment for minor injuries. Minor injuries are common after accidents. While some are diagnosed at the scene of the crash and treated immediately, others don’t appear until hours or days later, after the adrenaline has left the system.

Everyone who is in an accident needs to be examined by paramedics or other emergency personnel at the accident site. If an examination at the site doesn’t occur, then a visit to an emergency room or urgent care clinic is in order. Don’t delay when it comes to having your body checked after an accident. Even minor injuries can create long-term pain. Being examined for these injuries will protect you in case you need to pursue compensation for your care.

If you’ve experienced an accident that left you with any type of long-term pain, you are entitled to compensation just as much as if you’d suffered a major injury. Contact the Brady Law Group at 866-478-6483 to speak with one of our aggressive personal injury attorneys.
