Baker, CA – Diana Quintanilla Torres Killed in Fatal Car Accident on I-15

Baker, CA (February 10, 2019) – Yesterday morning, February 9, one person was killed in a fatal car accident. Police have identified her as 21-year-old Diana Quintanilla Torres of Anaheim.

The deadly accident took place around 3:05 a.m. on Interstate 15 just north of Cima Road. Authorities stated that the accident occurred when a semi-truck was headed northbound on the interstate when it was rear-ended by a car.

Torres was a front-seat passenger in the vehicle and was tragically pronounced deceased at the scene. Nobody else was injured in the accident, according to police.

The California Highway Patrol continues their investigation of the accident at this time.
