Bakersfield, CA- Critical Injuries in Crash at Quantico Ave and Virginia Ave

Bakersfield, CA (May 16, 2019)- A crash at the intersection of Quantico Avenue and Virginia Avenue left one person with critical injuries on Wednesday at around 7:05 pm.

The California Highway Patrol reported that a burgundy Ford Focus and a dark blue Chevrolet Traverse crashed for reasons unknown.

Paramedics arrived at the scene and provided treatment. One person was taken to a local hospital with critical, life-threatening injuries.

The victim’s current status and name are unknown at this time.

The crash is under investigation.
