Bakersfield, CA – Fatal Pedestrian Accident Along Haley Street

Bakersfield, CA (April 3, 2019) – On Tuesday night, a fatal pedestrian accident took place along Haley Street that led to the fatality of the male pedestrian involved.

At the time, the unidentified pedestrian had been walking in the northbound lane on Haley Street when he was struck full force by a pickup truck by a pickup truck.

The car had been traveling north on Haley Street when it struck the man. The collision happened around 9 p.m. and first responders were immediately called to the scene.

Paramedics discovered the pedestrian lying in the roadway with severe injuries. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The name of the pedestrian has not yet been released. However, the driver of the pickup truck stayed at the scene and has been cooperating with investigators on their investigation.
