Vehicle Accidents in California
Almost one million hit-and-run accidents happen every year in California. Most of the time drivers are afraid to take accountability for their actions. However, if caught, they’ll be faced with hit-and-run charges resulting into jail time and major fines. Drivers who are under the influence are more likely to commit hit-and-run crashes. Other possible prospects include criminals, or drivers with a warrant out for their arrest. No matter the individual’s circumstances, it’s unacceptable to leave the scene of an accident without helping those who’ve obtained injuries.
Once the police capture the driver responsible, it’s likely that several personal injury lawsuits will be filed with the help of a California personal injury lawyer.
