Bakersfield, CA – Pedestrian Injured in Accident on H Street
Bakersfield, CA – (November 21, 2018) – A pedestrian was struck and injured by a vehicle Monday evening in Bakersfield. The accident occurred around 5:25 pm on November 19th on H Street near St. Francis Church.
According to Police, a motorist was approaching St. Francis Church in Bakersfield when the driver failed to slow down and struck a pedestrian attempting to cross the street. Paramedics were dispatched to the crash site and stabilized the pedestrian before transporting the victim to a local hospital for treatment. Police reported speed, alcohol or drugs were not involved in the accident.
The crash investigation is currently ongoing.
