Bakersfield Wrongful Death Attorney
In light of this case, it is apparent that Carmen Rose Garcia will be held accountable for causing the accident and, ultimately, the untimely death of her passenger Sigifredo Rodriguez-Castro. Police have not yet determined if distracted driving, negligence, or DUI played key roles in her actions. Furthermore, forensics teams may analyze the vehicles for mechanical issues and system failure, potential underlying causes of the accident.
If charges are filed under these circumstances, the family of Rodriguez-Castro will have the legal right to file a personal injury lawsuit against the guilty party. By seeking legal assistance, these individuals will be able to receive compensation for a variety of financial and personal issues including medical bills, vehicle insurance, tragic death, and funeral expenses.
