Blythe, CA- Multi-Vehicle Crash Causes Major Injuries on the I-10 Near Ford Dry Lake

Blythe, CA (May 3, 2019)- The California Highway Patrol reported that a multi-vehicle accident on the Interstate 10 Freeway eastbound caused major injuries on Wednesday. The crash, which took place near Ford Dry Lake, involved a Jeep and at least one other vehicle. Two other vehicles were also involved in the crash, but details on their involvement were not included in the CHP report.

The crash caused significant damage to at least one vehicle, requiring that emergency medical responders extricate a victim from the wreckage. This person suffered major injuries and was taken to a local hospital.

The CHP has opened an investigation into the crash.
