Brea, CA – Jeffrey Ortberg Killed in Fatal Motorcycle Accident on Orange Freeway

Brea, CA (January 21, 2019) – 58-year-old Jeffrey Ortberg was tragically killed in a fatal motorcycle accident on the Orange Freeway. The accident involving a pickup truck and his motorcycle.

Ortberg’s motorcycle was involved in the collision around 5:42 p.m. The crash took place in the northbound lanes of the highway, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Police are not sure what caused the collision or which driver was liable for the accident. Police continue to review the circumstances of the accident so that they can work on determining liability.
