Camarillo, CA – Six People Injured Near the Camarillo Outlets on Promenade Drive
Camarillo, CA (July 14, 2018) – A local and reliable news source reported several people injured following a motor vehicle accident on Promenade Drive Thursday night. The crash was apparently reported at approximately 9:15 p.m. near the Camarillo Outlets.
According to the report, the Ventura County Fire Department stated that multiple vehicles crashed on Promenade Drive for reasons that are currently unknown. One of the victims was reportedly trapped inside one of the vehicles as a result of the impact sustained in the crash.
Paramedics along with firefighters immediately responded to the collision and promptly extricated the victim who had been pinned inside a vehicle. Altogether, six people were reportedly injured during the crash. Five of the victims suffered relatively minor injuries during the crash while one person sustained at least moderate injuries. A ground ambulance immediately transported all six victims to local hospitals to be treated.
The names and specific conditions of the victims have not been released by this time. There was no more information concerning the events that led to this accident made available. Authorities are presently conducting an in-depth investigation into this injurious collision.
