Carlsbad, CA – 2 Car Collision on the I-5 Freeway and Las Flores Drive

Carlsbad, CA (March 19, 2019)- The California Highway Patrol reported an accident at 9:55 a.m. on Tuesday, on the Interstate 5 near Las Flores Drive.

The report stated that a silver Honda sedan and a red sedan crashed, causing the Honda to smoke and leaving the driver unconscious. Some of the damage to the vehicles was substantial.

Paramedics responded to the scene; however, the report included no further details about the number of parties involved, any injuries sustained or any additional information.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
