Motorcycle Accidents in California
Recent studies revealed that almost 12,000 motorcyclists are injured in California each year. The leading cause being negligent driving, which includes drivers trying to multi-task, driving under the influence, speeding, violating traffic laws, and falling asleep at the wheel. Unfortunately, most of the time drivers aren’t looking out for motorcyclists, which is why so many riders are put at risk every year.
The police are currently investigating this accident to determine what led up to the crash and who will be held liable. They’re investigating the motorcycle and the Honda for any mechanical issues, and whether one of the drivers was driving reckless, under the influence, or fatigued.
