Vehicle Accidents in California
Studies show that even though head-on collisions only make up 2 percent of all vehicle accidents, they are still responsible for 10 percent of all driving fatalities in the United States. Most of the time head-on collisions and hit-and-run collisions are caused by drivers under the influence, which could have been the case for this accident. Once the police find and arrest the driver responsible, he will be faced with multiple charges. Since this was a clear act of negligence, all injured victims qualify to file personal injury lawsuits.
