Chatsworth, CA – Injuries Sustained in Car Accident on Highway 118

Chatsworth, CA – (December 4, 2018) – A multi-vehicle collision was reported Tuesday morning in Chatsworth. The accident took place at approximately 8:38 am on Highway 118, just east of Porter Ranch Road.

According to the California Highway Patrol, four unidentified vehicles were traveling westbound on Highway 118 when for unknown reasons they violently collided into one another. Police and paramedics were dispatched to the crash site where they rendered aid to those who were injured in the accident. At least one of the vehicles was towed away from the collision scene as evidence. Police are still actively conducting an investigation in an effort to determine the probable cause of the accident.
