Chico, CA – Major Injury Accident on Highway 99
Chico, CA – (November 27, 2018) — Major injuries were reported Tuesday following a traffic accident in Chico. The accident occurred on Highway 99 on November 27th at an unspecified time. Details identifying the people involved in the accident were not immediately disclosed.
Reportedly, two pickup trucks, a semi-tractor trailer truck and a motorhome were traveling on Highway 99 in Chico when they violently collided into one another. The California Highway Patrol responded to the scene where they discovered at least one vehicle had overturned and others were blocking the roadway. Paramedics used an ambulance to transport an unknown number of people to a local hospital to treat major injuries.
CHP has assumed authority over the investigation.
