City of Industry, CA – Street Racing Caused Crash On Rowland St. Near the 60 Fwy

City of Industry, CA (May 19, 2019) – A multi-vehicle accident involving possible street racing occurred on early Friday morning that injured at least one person.

California Highway Patrol responded to the scene of this injury accident.  According to CHP officers, the crash occurred around at 12:30 a.m. on Rowland St. near the 60 Freeway.

The crash may have been caused by possible street racing that involved dozens of drivers. There were about 60 drivers in the street and blocking off traffic when this multi-car wreck occurred.

Emergency responders were called to the scene to render aid the injured drivers.  The injured parties were transported to local hospitals for treatment and further evaluation.

An investigation is ongoing.
