Collision between Big Rig and Car on Antelope Valley (14) Freeway Results in Tragic Death

Santa Clarita, California (June 22, 2018) – California Highway Patrol reported that a man died when his car collided with a semi-truck tractor trailer on the southbound lane of the Antelope Valley (14) Freeway. The incident took place at roughly 12:15 on the morning of Friday, June 22, 2018. At this time, the identities of the motorist and truck driver have not been revealed to the public. Furthermore, authorities have not revealed the brand name, model, and year of the vehicles involved in the accident.

Baseline reports indicate the accident occurred when a motorist’s vehicle collided directly with a big rig truck on the Freeway, slightly north of the Golden Valley Exit. After responding to the dispatched call, Los Angeles County Fire Department paramedics pronounced the motorist dead at the scene at approximately 12:30 AM.
