Hit-and-Run Accidents in California
The reason hundreds of thousands of hit-and-run accidents are committed every year in the United States is due to drivers fearing the consequences of their negligent actions. Drivers who fail to stay at the scene and render aid are usually criminals, which was the case with this accident. The police found and arrested the suspects responsible for this accident. Since this was a clear act of negligence, the injured man qualifies to file a personal injury lawsuit with the help of a California personal injury attorney.
