Concord, CA – Injuries Reported in Multi-Vehicle Collision on State Route 4

Concord, CA (February 16, 2019) – A multi-vehicle collision took place on State Route 4, just south of Willow Pass Road, that caused injuries to multiple people. The accident took place last evening around 6:50 p.m.

Police responded to find that four vehicles collided with one another, for reasons that are not yet known. An ambulance was called to the scene to attend to those who were injured. The number of victims and their current condition are not known at this time.

Tow trucks were called to the scene of the accident to remove all vehicles from the scene. All lanes were closed under the accident and drivers were redirected for quite some time.

At this time, police continue their investigation into the accident.
