Contra Costa, CA- Minor Injuries Sustained in 2-Vehicle Crash on Hwy 4 Near San Marco Blvd
Contra Costa, CA (March 29, 2019)- A Friday morning crash caused minor injuries on westbound Highway 4, west of the San Marco Boulevard off-ramp.
The California Highway Patrol reported that, for unknown reasons, two vehicles crashed around 6:11 am. The crash required that lanes 1 and 2 be closed for roughly 40 minutes so that tow trucks could transport the damaged vehicles from the site.
An ambulance arrived at the crash site to treat the injured. However, the number and current status of any injuries are currently unknown.
Further details were not reported. An investigation into the crash is underway.
