Corona, CA – Man Dies after Brutal Rollover Accident along La Sierra Avenue near Cajalco Road

Corona, CA (August 11, 2018) – The California Highway Patrol reported that a man died as the result of a brutal rollover accident that took place along La Sierra Avenue, in the vicinity of Cajalco Road. Officers first logged the incident at approximately 9:00 PM at night on Saturday, August 11, 2018. As of today, authorities have identified the deceased victim as 43-year old Calvin Guan. No details about the second victim have been revealed at this time.

Based on the initial report from CHP, a vehicle, through indeterminate circumstances, flipped over and onto its roof. Sometime later, emergency teams were dispatched to the crash site and rendered aid to the victims. Paramedics and police assisted both people, but, tragically, Guan died at the crash site at approximately 9:31 PM.

Authorities did not specify if Guan was driving the vehicle.

Currently, officials have not revealed if the second victim sustained severe injuries in the crash or if any more individuals were involved in the accident.

As of now, the investigation is ongoing. As more evidence continues to surface, more information will be released to public sources.
