Pedestrian Accidents in California
Unfortunately, studies have revealed that every 111 minutes about one pedestrian loses their life in California. The leading cause of most pedestrian accidents is drivers not paying attention as they’re approaching intersections or making turns. California law states that drivers must give pedestrians the right-of-way at all times, even if the pedestrian truly doesn’t have the right-of-way. Because pedestrians don’t wear auto-shield gear to protect their limbs, they’re highly prone to sustaining injuries once a car strikes them.
At Brady Law Group, we make it our mission to help injured victims receive compensation for money they may be entitled to for medical assistance, emotional distress, lost earnings, and more. We know that accidents can be traumatic for our clients and their families. We don’t believe our clients deserve to endure financial stress as well.
