Costa Mesa, CA – One Person Killed in Motorcycle Accident on Baker Street

Costa Mesa, CA – (November 17, 2018) – Police are investigating a fatal motorcycle accident that occurred in Costa Mesa Saturday morning. The accident happened around 7 am on Baker Street and Red Hill Avenue. Details identifying the people involved in this accident have not been released by authorities.

Reportedly, a motorcyclist and an unidentified vehicle were approaching an intersection at Baker Street and Red Hill Avenue when for unknown reasons they collided into one another. Emergency crews rushed to the crash site and performed CPR on the motorcyclist in an attempt to revive the rider but despite rescue efforts, the victim died at the crash site. The motorist involved also sustained injuries and was treated by medics at the scene. Authorities are working to determine what events led up to the deadly accident.
