Multi-Vehicle Accidents
At this time, it is still unknown which driver may be at fault for the crash. The investigation is ongoing until officials are able to determine who might be held liable for the severe damages and injuries caused in this accident. Police and investigators will be looking to see if any of the drivers were operating their vehicle negligently at the time of the crash. They will be attempting to figure out if anything such as DUI, distracted driving, or excessive speed played a part. We offer our warmest wishes of health and a positive recovery for all the victims.
Depending on the outcome of the investigation, a negligent driver will be facing more than one lawsuit since three people were injured. This could lead to the possibility of three claims for personal injury against the negligent party. Most injuries caused by motor vehicle accidents result in extraordinarily high medical bills. Sometimes there are future medical bills and loss of wages as well. In any event, it is always up to the victim to decide if they wish to obtain reimbursement for their losses.
We here at Brady Law Group have made it our mission to hold negligent drivers accountable for the pain and damage they cause. While we will forever wish for every single person on the road to only ever operate their vehicles with the utmost responsibility, accidents continue to happen.
