Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Accidents in California
Over 600,000 hit-and-run accidents occur annually nationwide, and a lot of them involve pedestrians. When drivers strike pedestrians after midnight and continue driving off without checking to see if they’re okay, the cause is usually driving while impaired. When drivers consume too much alcohol, most of the time their awareness of their surroundings blurs and their bodies become loose like noodles, making it nearly impossible to successfully operate their vehicles, which puts pedestrians at a high risk of being harmed.
At Brady Law Group, we work hard on behalf of grieving families as we gather evidence to prove their negligence claims so they can win their wrongful death lawsuits. We believe families deserve compensation for their losses so that they can afford to pay for hospital and funeral expenses.
