Eastvale, CA. Riverside County Car Crash Injures 2 on Song Sparrow Road

Eastvale, CA. (July 2, 2018) – The Riverside County Fire Department reported an accident that left two people injured Sunday morning in Eastvale. The two victims involved were reportedly hospitalized after their vehicle struck a fire hydrant that was located in the 6900 block of Song Sparrow Road. The crash took place at around 9:52 a.m.

The Riverside County Fire Department responded to the call and arrived on the scene shortly after the collision. When firefighters arrived, they reportedly saw that the impact of the collision had caused the fire hydrant to knock over, and water was apparently flowing steadily into two homes in the immediate area. The two occupants of the vehicle involved were quickly taken to a local hospital to be treated for injuries.

While it is unclear exactly what caused this accident, investigators are currently looking to see if any other drivers or perhaps faulty mechanics led to this crash.
