Folsom, CA – Fatal Pedestrian Accident on Blue Ravine Road

Folsom, CA (January 10, 2019) In the early morning hours of January 10^th, a fatal car accident took place on Blue Ravine Rod between Parkway Drive and Big Valley Road.

According to the reports, a dark colored vehicle was driving in a northeast direction when the female pedestrian was struck.  The driver did stop and contacted the police.

When the paramedics arrived at the scene to offer assistance, the woman had already succumbed to her injuries and passed away at the scene. The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities as they temporarily shut down Blue Ravine Road to investigate.  Authorities have not released the deceased woman’s name at this time.
