Vehicle Accidents in California
Recent studies show that about 700,00 accidents result from drivers failing to stop at signs every year in the Untied States. The police are currently investigating to figure out why the elderly woman failed to stop her vehicle when it was her turn to stop at a stop sign. They’re inspecting for any malfunctioning auto parts and they’re also checking for any hazardous road conditions. Once they conclude their findings, it’s possible that the deceased woman’s family may be able to file a wrongful death lawsuit and the injured woman could also file a personal injury lawsuit with the help of a California attorney.
