Fresno Bus Accident
We are saddened to hear of this bus accident in Fresno and hope that anyone injured is able to recover quickly.
Vehicle accidents occur numerous times a day in California. A school bus driver is responsible for overseeing the safety of several children at one time. Bus drivers should receive extensive training in safety and safe driving prior to being on the road. In some cases, however, negligence still occurs and a school bus is involved in a crash.
In cases of school bus accidents, it is important to determine who is at fault. If the school bus driver is at fault, then the injured victims may sue the driver as well as their employer. The employer may be a school district or a private company.
