Garden Grove, CA – Fatal DUI Accident on 22 Freeway
Garden Grove, CA (January 7, 2019) On the 6th of January, a fatal DUI accident happened on the 22 Freeway at approximately 1:00 a.m. According to the reports, two vehicles collided just west of Magnolia Street, which left one person trapped inside of their vehicle. When the paramedics arrived to help, they extricated a 55-year-old named Quyen Luu from a vehicle and transported Luu to UCI Medical Center due to critical injuries. They also transported Luu’s passenger to a nearby hospital for unknown injuries. The other driver was unharmed and given a sobriety test before being arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
