Grapevine, CA – One Injured in Collision with Tractor-Trailer on 5 Freeway

Grapevine, CA (July 28, 2018) – According to a local and trustworthy news source in Kern County, one person had to be hospitalized following a crash involving a tractor-trailer on the 5 Freeway Friday morning. The crash that occurred a little south of Vista Del Lago Road, in the vicinity of Pyramid Lake, reportedly took place at around 6:00 a.m.

Reports filed by the California Highway Patrol stated that a minivan and a tractor-trailer collided in the southbound lanes of the freeway for reasons that are currently unknown. Paramedics along with officials from the Los Angeles Fire Department immediately arrived on the scene to offer assistance to anyone injured during the wreck. At least one person was confirmed to have sustained injuries following the accident. The victim was quickly transported to a nearby hospital with unspecified injuries.
