Hayward, CA – Motorcyclist Injured in Accident on 880 Freeway

Hayward, California (November 8, 2018) – According to officials a motorcyclist was injured in a traffic collision that occurred Tuesday afternoon in the area of Hayward. The accident happened at approximately 5:52 p.m. on November 6th on the Interstate 880 Freeway near the Tennyson Road on-ramp.

Reportedly, a black Yamaha motorcycle and a minivan were traveling on Interstate 880 heading northbound when they suddenly crashed into one another. Emergency crews responded shortly after the crash and paramedics rushed to help the rider who suffered injuries as a result of the collision. The victim’s name and current physical condition remain unknown. Authorities are working to establish what events led up to this violent collision.
