Hayward, CA – One Injured in Motorcycle Accident on Highway 84

Hayward, CA (April 5, 2019) – Yesterday afternoon, April 4, police responded to a motorcycle accident that took place on Highway 84 and led to injuries in one person.

The California Highway Patrol was called to the scene of the accident where they found that a motorcycle rider collided with another vehicle in the eastbound lanes of the highway for reasons that are still being investigated.

Emergency teams were called to the scene of the accident, where they found the rider and their bike down in the HOV lane. Paramedics rendered care to the motorcyclist, who suffered from minor injuries. No other injuries were reported.

The detectives handling the case are still investigating how and why the crash took place.
