Vehicle Accidents in California
Whenever vehicle accidents happen overnight as this one did, the cause is usually driving under the influence or driving fatigue. Whenever drivers are under the influence and decide to get behind a wheel, it’s mainly due to their lack of reasoning and lack of self-control, not because they intentionally want to put themselves and others in harm’s way. When drivers are fatigued on the road, most of the time the fatigue creeps in once they’re already on the highway. Both fatigue and high blood alcohol levels produce the same affects on the human body, making it dangerous and nearly impossible to safely operate a vehicle.
Once the police get to the bottom of what caused this accident and who will be held liable, the injured victim may be able to file a personal injury lawsuit with the help of a California personal injury attorney.
