Hesperia, CA – Multi-Vehicle Accident on Interstate 15
Hesperia, CA – (November 30, 2018) – A four-vehicle pileup injured at least two people Friday morning in Hesperia. The accident was reported to dispatch at approximately 6:08 am on Interstate 15 between the Joshua Road and Highway 395 off ramps.
Reportedly, a blue sedan, a black Scion XB, a white Hyundai Accent, and a beige Toyota Rav4 were traveling between Joshua Road and Highway 395 when for unknown reasons they violently crashed into one another. Police and firefighters were dispatched to the crash site and immediately rendered aid to an unspecified number of injured victims. Southbound lanes were shut down while California Highway Patrol Officers cleared the roadway and conducted an on-scene investigation. Traffic was backed up for several miles as CHP officers worked to reopen all lanes of traffic. As of 6:28 am two lanes were reopened and at around 6:46 a.m. all lanes were all reopened.
Police are still conducting an investigation into this accident.
