A complete examination of this incident will seek to answer many questions. Investigators will be looking at whether or not the driver of the vehicle exhibited any negligent behavior that contributed to the cause of the wreck. Authorities will investigate whether or not there were any mechanical failures by the vehicle or if any other drivers were involved.
Should the investigation show that the driver of the vehicle was not at fault for this accident, then there will likely be grounds for a personal injury lawsuit. Nevertheless, the choice to file a claim for compensation can only be made by the victim.
