Hit-and-Run Crash in Spring Valley Involves 5 Vehicles

According to California Highway Patrol, a possibly intoxicated driver crashed into four motorists Sunday night, June 10. The Spring Valley accident occurred at 7:01 p.m. on Spring Street and Campo Road where the suspect attempted to flee the scene. All four vehicles that were struck, including a silver Acura Sedan and a red Toyota Sonata, blocked both the first and second lanes of the roadway. Paramedics quickly rushed to the aid of all those who were injured in the accident and administered medical care as needed.

Investigation in Spring Valley

While police are still investigating the cause of this crash, drugs or alcohol abuse is suspected to have played a role in the accident. According to reports, the suspect fled the scene, and will most likely face serious charges. Additionally, the suspect may also be facing several civil lawsuits by the victims who were injured during the collision.
