Hollywood, CA – 20-Yer-Old Carlos Queveda Jr Killed in Fatal Multi-Vehicle Accident
Hollywood, CA (January 12, 2019) On the morning of January 11th, a fatal multi-vehicle accident happened on Highway 101 near Barham Boulevard at approximately 5:10 a.m. According to the reports, a 20-year-old named Carlos Queveda Jr. from El Monte, was driving down the roadway when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a concrete wall. The impact of the crash caused Queveda to eject from his vehicle. Six other vehicles were reportedly involved in the accident as well.
When the paramedics arrived at the scene to help, they found Queveda dead on the roadway. Three other people suffered from non-life threatening injuries and were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Fatal Multi-Vehicle Accidents in California
Studies show that 49 percent of all fatal accidents happen at night, with the fatality rate being three times higher during overnight hours than daytime hours.
