Hoopa, CA – Boy Injured In Pedestrian Accident On Marshall Ln. Near Big Hill Rd.

Hoopa, CA (June 9, 2019) – A pedestrian accident occurred on June 8th at about 10 p.m., that injured a 15-year-old boy.

California Highway Patrol responded to the scene of this injury accident.  According to CHP officers, the crash occurred on Marshall Lane near Big Hill Road.

The boy was walking northbound along the shoulder of the roadway when he was hit by a sedan as it made an unsafe turn.

Emergency responders were called to the scene to render aid. The injured boy was transported to Mad River Community Hospital for treatment and further evaluation.
