Indio, CA – Three Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash on Indio Blvd Near Jackson St

Indio, CA (April 6, 2019) – A two-vehicle collision took place on April 5 at 12:30 a.m. that led to serious injuries. One victim of the accident needed to be airlifted to a nearby hospital.

California Highway Patrol responded to the scene of this accident.  According to CHP officers, the crash occurred in the 82000 blocks of Indio Boulevard, between Jackson and Monroe streets.

Emergency responders were called to the scene to render aid. Three people were injured from the collision. One victim suffered serious injuries and the two other victims suffered moderate injuries. They were transported to local hospitals for treatment and further evaluation.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
