Irvine, CA – One Woman Dead, Eight People Injured after Violent Accident on 5 Freeway

Irvine, CA (August 23, 2018) – Local authorities reported that a woman died and eight additional victims required hospitalization as the result of a violent accident involving ten vehicles that took place along the 5 Freeway. The incident occurred at approximately 1:30 AM today, August 23, 2018. At this time, no detailed information concerning the identities of the deceased victim or the injured victims has been revealed.

Based on the report from the California Highway Patrol, ten vehicles had collided for indeterminate reasons along the freeway.
