Dog Bite Accidents in California
According to recent studies, around 4.6 million Americans are bitten by dogs every year in the United States for many reasons. If a dog gets aggressive for no apparent reason, there’s a possibility the dog could be suffering from some type of disease or illness. Other times dogs bite when they’re startled, stressed, or feel threatened. No matter the reason, all dog owners are responsible for damages whenever their dog bites another person, even if the person is on the owner’s property.
Once the police get to the bottom of what caused this accident, Bergman’s family could file a wrongful death lawsuit with the help of a California wrongful death attorney.
