Lake Elsinore, CA. 2 Injured in Car Accident on Highway 74

Lake Elsinore, CA. (July 7, 2018) – According to authorities, two people were reportedly hurt early Saturday morning following a two-vehicle crash. The accident occurred at approximately 6:36 a.m. on Highway 74 near Riverside Street.

Firefighters as well as paramedics were called to the scene and responded immediately. They arrived on the scene in order to assist the victims, one of which had to be extricated from one of the vehicles involved. A total of two people were hurt in the wreck. One of the victims had to be transported to a local hospital with serious injuries. The other victim reportedly suffered minor injuries and ultimately decided to refuse any treatment.
