Lake Elsinore, CA – Deadly Motorcycle Crash Involving Tractor-Trailer on Temescal Canyon Road
Lake Elsinore, CA (July 22, 2018) – According to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, one man was sadly killed following a collision between his motorcycle and a large commercial tractor-trailer in Lake Elsinore on Friday evening. The fatal crash which reportedly occurred at Temescal Canyon Road and Bernard Street took place at about 4:40 p.m. during the early evening of July 20th.
Reports filed by authorities stated that a 52-year-old unidentified man from Corona was riding his motorcycle on Temescal Canyon Road when he collided with the semi tractor-trailer for reasons that are not currently known. Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene in order to help the victim, however, they were unable to assist the man as he was pronounced dead at the crash site.
There was no more information made available in regards to the events that led to this accident. Neither the name of the victim nor the name of the truck driver has been released at this time. Authorities are currently conducting an investigation into this deadly accident in order to establish liability.
