Lake Elsinore, CA – Three-Car Crash Required Extrication of Injured Victim on I-15
Lake Elsinore, CA (March 30, 2019) – A three-vehicle crash involving a pickup and two other vehicles occurred on March 30th, just after 4:15 p.m., that caused various injuries to those involved. The pickup and two other vehicles hit with force, causing one of the cars to flip on its side.
California Highway Patrol responded to the scene of this accident. According to CHP officers, the crash occurred at 4:16 p.m. along southbound Interstate 15, south of the Lakeshore Drive offramp.
Emergency responders were called to the scene to render aid the injured drivers. One person was trapped within the wreckage and had to be extricated. The injured parties were transported to local hospitals for treatment and further evaluation by air ambulance.
All lanes were shut down on the I-15 but have since reopened. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
