Lakehead, California – Traffic Accident on Southbound 5 Freeway Leaves One Injured

Lakehead, California (July 2, 2018) – The California Highway Patrol reported that a person sustained injuries as the result of a traffic accident that took place on the southbound lanes of 5 Freeway, in the vicinity of Pollard Flat. The incident occurred at approximately 4:06 PM in the late afternoon on Thursday, June 28, 2018. As per the CHP report, a silver Ford F-150 pickup truck was traveling down 5 Freeway when it rear-ended a semi-truck for an indeterminate reason.
