Lemon Grove, CA. DUI Crash on Skyline Results in Possible Injuries

Lemon Grove, CA. (July 7, 2018) – One person who is suspected to have been under the influence of alcohol, slammed into a school fence early on Thursday morning, according to a local news source. Reportedly, officers from the California Highway Patrol were attempting to stop the driver for speeding at approximately 12:53 a.m. in the vicinity of Highway 25 and Spring Street.

The driver who was speeding apparently did not stop for officers but sped off instead with two passengers who have not been identified. Initial reports stated that the drunk driver crashed through a nearby school at Skyline and Canton Drives not too long after 1:00 p.m.
